As Sales Executive, Zhang Wei has experience in several diverse fields.  Her professional background includes over ten years in the management of sales personnel and in accounting and statistics for a pharmaceutical company within the manufacturing sector.  She continued in management as a residential administrator for the best secondary school in China.  Her talents include the ability to isolate strategic business assets, to formulate the abstract requirements, and to provide solutions from the service and product offerings of ESMC.

As Fabrication Manager, Shields Amporn has over ten years experience in the manufacture, quality assurance, and delivery of integrated circuits and electronic components.  Her talents include the ability to manage the implementation of parts at all stages to assure customer fulfillment.  Her definition of quality is meeting requirements.  In addition her language skills are integral in managing the production of parts in Asia.
